We want to get LUMA to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
United States:
- 1-Month Supply: $4.95 flat rate shipping (5-8 business days)
- 3-Month Supply: FREE shipping (5-8 business days)
- 6-Month Supply: FREE shipping (5-8 business days)
International: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, contact us at hello@goodluma.com and we'll investigate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed (10+ business days past the estimated delivery), contact us at hello@goodluma.com. We will work with our shipping partner to locate your order or send a replacement at no additional cost.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you — but if anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
